This session is just a starting point — a chance to see if we’re the right match. If coaching doesn’t feel like the right step right now, that’s completely okay. If it does, we’ll talk about next steps and find a coaching package that suits your needs.

If you choose to continue, I’ll guide you through the next steps: selecting your coaching option, completing a short intake form, and setting a time for your first full session.
